Pumpkin Bread

OK I admittedly may be a little early for the pumpkin stuff but this is an all time favorite and was requested for a function at work so I thought it would be a great time to share here.  Very simple and nutritious!

pumpkin bread

1/2 cup almond butter

1 can pumpkin

1 banana, mashed

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 eggs

3 tbsp coconut flour

1/2 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

Mix wet ingredients first,  then add dry and mix until combined.  Line a bread pan w/parchment paper.  Pour in batter and bake 45 min at 350.

That’s it!  Oh–I promise my photography will get better–I may have a little help soon 😉
